1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the immediate access, digital nature, and irrevocable access to our downloadable guide and meal plans, Olive Page Studio (Olivepagestudio) does not offer refunds under any standard circumstances once an order has been completed and the file download links have been delivered.

By completing your purchase on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is entirely digital (PDF format) and is made available instantly.
• You waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period once the download begins or access is granted.
• Change of mind, lack of time, or personal preference does not qualify for a refund.

2. Exchange Policy

Because digital products cannot be physically returned or verified as uncopied/deleted from your devices, we do not offer exchanges or product swaps. Please read the product overview, table of contents, and FAQs carefully before placing your order.

3. File Access & Technical Support

We want you to have a flawless experience. If you encounter any technical issues after purchase, such as:

• You did not receive your download confirmation email within 10 minutes.
• The download link fails or shows an error.
• The PDF file appears corrupted or unreadable on your device.

4. Accidental Duplicate Transactions

If you accidentally click the checkout button multiple times and get charged twice for the exact same order within a few minutes, please notify us immediately with your transaction details. Upon verification, we will happily void and refund the duplicate payment.
